Marion Droge was born in New York and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Graduated from Phoenix College with an Associates Degree in Graphic Design. Her aspirations of creating art was delayed for years while she worked for the family business and raised her 3 children. It wasn’t until 2015 that she made the time to paint. She experimented with watercolors and discovered a true passion for the medium. Marion has a very detailed, photo realistic style to many of her paintings that stem from her pencil drawing days.

Marion is a signature member of the Arizona Watercolor Association (AWA) and currently serves as the Director of Juror Workshops, she also serves on the board of the Glendale Arts Council and is a member of the American Watercolor Society (AWS). She has done many commission paintings and teaches weekly watercolor classes at the Arizona Art Supply store in Phoenix.
